"As many have mentioned, noise is the main discomfort here -- not only from the busy fun-loving street below, but also from neighboring apartments next door and coffee shop music below. I was prepared for it and was still surprised by *just* how noisy. Sonder provides a noise machine and ear plugs, and while they helped the main culprit was the bass from music that earplugs don't do much to ward against. "This a perfect property for those who do not want to be overcrowded or surrounded by noisy people. It's a great location and within walking distance of the beach, shopping, and dining. We will definitely return in the future. "

"This place is on the beach with access to a neighboring pool. There is no smart TV, so any streaming for a movie must be done on personal electronic devices. The grounds need some landscaping clean up and signage would be helpful to find the paths/access to the beach or pool. The breakfast was good and had several options. "

"Even though the check in location is not on site, it’s very easy to get to and easy to access even after hours if you arrive late. Communication is fantastic with quick responses and clear instructions. The particular property that we stayed in was safe, quiet, and easy to access. The kitchen is updated and has several random things to make cooking easy. The bathroom needs updating or maintenance to redo caulk and to remove stains."

"This was the best hotel we have stayed at. Great location right at the river front(We were very glad to have picked a river-view room.) Modern, unique architecture(it feels like you are walking into a museum not a hotel.) Very clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful.. Highly recommend."
