Like the location of this hotel although the breakfast was shocking, very poor & flies are allover the food but mr osman was helpful otherwise I don’t recommend to stay in this hotel.. cleaning rate is zero very dirty and smelly specially the bed and sheet smells very bad we had to leave our cloth behind because the smell sticks on it, one way communication with staff but they are ok as they changed our rooms but with no use all the rooms are with the same status.. my overall rate is 1 thats because of the location..

We were pleasantly surprised, we liked it. The hotel is housed in a restored historic building and all rooms are decorated in authentic style, brining amazing vibe. Delicious cuisine. Good hamam. Great location. We will definitely stay there again.

We just checked in... today is Saturday, September 5, 2020. So far we have had a horrible experience. Here are the problems we've encountered. Please bear with me as I explain: 1- the first issue we encountered was at the Reception where "Ahmet" couldn't find our reservations. After a short period of search, he found it and proceeded with the check in. 2- once Ahmet got us checked in and properly registered, he asked us to follow him to our room, number 116. Upon entering the room it was obvious that the room hasn't been cleaned from the previous guests. He then ran to the reception area to retrieve a key to another room. This time room 110. 3- the AC in 110 was out of order a d Ahmet tried to get it to work but he wasn't successful. He then asked us to wait in the restaurant for 30 minutes to figure something out. 4- we went to the restaurant and decided to order soup while we waited. It took 30 minutes for us to be served soup... 30 minutes for soup for crying out loud. 5- our wait in the restaurant ended up being an hour after which Ahmet asked to us to follow him... guess what? We were back to room 116. This time it was cleaned up and therefore we settled there for the night. However, the room wasn't completely cleaned because we found remnants from the previous guests. 6- the next we left the hotel at 11am to go sightseeing. We returned at 8pm only to find out that our room hadn't been cleaned by housekeeping. Ahmet was at the reception and asked him to come an

Ambiente mal etwas anderem in einem über 600Jahre alten Gebäude. Liegt im Stadtzentrum mitten in Sivas. Alles ist schnell erreichbar. Gerne wieder!

Prachtig historisch hotel, maar helaas is het personeel in vnl. het restaurant onvriendelijk en niet altijd behulpzaam. Bij de receptie kan het erg verschillen. Het eten is het restaurant is heerlijk, maar het ontbijt valt tegen. Vooral in een land als Turkije en stad als Sivas onbegrijpelijk. Deze keer was ik met mijn zussen en had ik voor het eerst een 3persoonskamer, maar we konden weinig kwijt. Nergens plek om je jas of handdoek op te hangen. Een smalle kast met 4 hangertjes. Een mini badkamer waar je je kont niet kan keren. Te weinig stopcontacten. De kamer werd iedere dag goed schoongemaakt.

Her ne kadar yatak takımı ve havlular temiz olsa da banyodaki yoğun rutubet/lağım kokusu çok rahatsızı edici. Orta avlunun üstü kapatılmış ve sigara içiliyor olması çok rahatsız edici, sigara kokusu her yere siniyor. Kahvaltı düzeni iyi değil, açık büfedeki ürünlerin üzerinde sinekler uçuyor ve genel olarak bakımsız bir görüntü var.

Kongre için Sivas’a ilk gelişimdi, ilk karşılamadan check out sürecine kadar her aşamada oldukça misafirperver, ilgili ve yardımcı olmaya her an hazır personellere sahipler. Tek başınıza bir kadın olarak rahatlıkla konaklayabileceğiniz bir yer. Şehir dışından geldiğim için geç saatte otele giriş yaptım, resepsiyondaki beyefendi gayet kibarca odama kadar eşlik ederek otel hakkında bilgilendirdi beni. Hatta rezervasyon yaptırdığım odaya giriş yaparken odada bir koku olduğunu kendisi belirterek hemen yeni bir odaya girişimi sağladı bu yaklaşımı oldukça takdir ettim, çünkü ben böyle bir durumda çok büyük bir problem olmadığı sürece ekibin işlerini zorlaştırmamak adına ses çıkarmazdım ama misafirlerini önemsemeleri oldukça sevindirici bir yaklaşımdı. Restaurant bölümü de oldukça kibar personellere ve lezzetli yemeklere sahipti yöresel yiyecekleri keyifle deneyimleyebilirsiniz. Tren ile dönecekken kurum kaynaklı bilet saatim 18’i bulunca tüm gün valizle ne yapacağımı düşünürken, check-out yapsanız da eşyalarınızı emanete bırakabileceğinizden bahsederek güler yüzle yardımcı oldular bu konuda da. Otelin ambiyansı ve tarihi dokusunu korumaları ise sizi şehrin tarihi dokusuyla bütünleştiriyor. Sivas yolculuğuma keyifli bir katkı sağladıkları için hem gündüz hem gece resepsiyon ekibine ayrıca teşekkürlerimi sunuyorum.
