"People in the hotel was so friendly and nice. But we were thinking to stay in Whyndam group hotel in Sivas. When ş ask to have wine in my room, they said they don't have alcohol. I believe it is not fare not to have it in a chain international hotel. Even in islamic countries, people can find it in the chain hotels. Second issue was the walls. "Exceptional hotel ideally located. Not flashy but very comfortable (good bed, good linen, good shower, good breakfast). "The hotel is vin a very nice building. Our standard double room on 201 is very small. The toilet door can’t be opened fully because of the wash sink is on the way. Bed is comfy and breakfast is delicious "

"It was a clean hotel, 2 minutes' walk to the city center in Sivas. I spent 6 nights in this hotel. But the staff spoke no English; communication was extremely difficult. And a lot was misunderstood about staying options, minibar costs, and overall accomodations. I found myself paying for things I didn't know they weren't included. It was not honest. "Room was not properly cleaned. Everywhere smells cigarettes. We stayed with the baby so it was very disturbing. People smoke inside of the room. The property is overall very old and should be repaired. The breakfast is poor and not fresh. Never ever again. Very disappointing."
