"It was very cute and homely, however the interior design was a little bit outdated but nothing which impacted the stay. The initial directions given were a little bit confusing but once we asked the reception we were guided to the right path. It’s a lovely location with an amazing gelato store very close by as well as a gorgeous church nearby. There are many amenities such as a washer and drying rack and a fully equipped kitchen. "

"Yes parking is difficult but once you are parked you don't ever need to move your car as you have direct access to a ferry port and can travel to virtually any town that borders como di lago. Absolutely incredible experience seeing this beautiful and quaint corner of the world I highly recommend this stay for anyone who wants to have an authentic Italian experience"

"A really nice place to stay. 5 minute walk to Borgo Palazzo tram and bus stops, 10 minute walk to Bergamo Station, 5 minute walk to Il Gigante supermarket, ideal location in Bergamo! Apartment was clean and modern with a kitchenette to prepare meals, great air conditioning, and a nice balcony. Did not have time to make use of the swimming pool and bar/restaurant features in the building but from what I could gather these all seemed fine. Would definitely stay here again."

"We stayed for 5 days & enjoyed our stay in the Lake. We were in the top floor apartment which has a lot of stairs to climb, no lift. It is a little noisy as it’s right beside the main road so bring ear plugs as that made it better at night to sleep. The second room in the apartment is difficult to stand in as its ceiling is very low due to being an attic. I would recommend the owners upgrade the towels & bath mats as they were very old The staff are very lovely, helpful. Special mention to...

"The view is amazing. The apartment was spacious and had parking right out front. If you have time, take advantage of the main hotel lakeside area and indoor pool/spas. Check in is at the main hotel. Use that address for GPS. It would be nice if they provided and couple of bottles of water and coffee to make in the room. "

The view from the apartment is breathtaking. The location is in Fiumelatte, a 20-ish minute walk to Varenna which we were happy to do every day. "It was a not memorable experience, the flat was not very good cleaned, with some humidity flyes, floors not washed and a bit mould marks in the shower. It was not washing machine as was offered, some towels services and toilet rools, but not any other supplies, so not possible to brush or clean the toilet properly. "The location of this property is perfect. It’s in the main plaza and not to far from the water. 12 minute walk to the ferry & train station. However, they have limited office hours which complicates things if you are getting in pretty late. Grabbing the keys from their office and walking another 12 mins to the actual property was pretty inconvenient (especially if you have luggages). The actual property is really nice and small, good for couples. "

"It's certainly very unique in its Gothic style and very spacious, close to everything. but we found dust in corners and on some selves, the storage room was full of cleaning stuff and smelled like mold....also even it is only 4 miniutes walk from the ferry, with its location at the top of the hill and to carry big suitcases along the pebble stone road all the way up to check in is no fun at all."

"We booked a last minute stay at this hotel for New Years Eve. We booked two rooms, and both were upgraded to have a lake view, and the hotel was kind enough to give us connecting rooms since we were there with our two tween sons. The hotel was in a PERFECT - PERFECT location!! The rooms were comfortable and had balconies. We would have had a perfect spot to watch all of the NYE fireworks, if not for the fact that our sons wanted to be on the lakefront. :) I absolutely recommend this hotel for a stay in Como!!!"
