Top Notch Service. No complaints. Not one.
We had a wonderful stay! The entire hotel was spotless and beautiful. Conveniently located close to the Sarrano train station. The room was clean and very quiet. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast had so many options to choose from. We needed to see a doctor during our visit and the hotel staff called one to come visit us in our room and he provided us with some precriptions. Upon check-out the hotel stored our luggage for us so we could walk to the pharmacy without pulling our luggage behind us. Then we picked up our luggage again before heading back to the train station.

Amazing stay near Malpensa airport and Saronno. We had a family room/suite which was huge and high-end. We could use the rooftop pool and sauna (closes 9pm) and breakfast is excellent. Easy (free) parking. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Suite was very clean and spacious. The bed however, was very hard and uneven, making it very uncomfortable. Breakfast lacked variety and could vary between each day.

Great location if you travel by car. Only 5 minutes to walk to Saronno train station, then 20-25 minutes by train - and you are in Milan. By car it will take up to an hour to get to the city center.
