"Amazing. My husband and I stayed with our teenage daughter in the same room on our way to drop her off in college camp. Very comfortable. They have a menu for choosing your pillow. We chose the smooshy one. It was very comfortable. The rain shower in the room was very refreshing. The hotel scent is very welcoming. We had a car and they offered to park it for us. When we checked out, we were not ready to leave because we wanted to explore Sevilla a bit more, so they offered to put all of our suitcases and belongings in our car so we can go out and enjoy. Strategically located in Santa Cruz district, so you can access the Alcazar, Catedral, and the Square de Espana within 15 minutes of walk. The aircon was strong and quiet to handle the 95F heat in July. Thus the room was quieter and elegant. I had my best sleep in Europe at this hotel. I would choose this place if I return to Sevilla again. "

"Amazing location with the best hotel pool in Seville. Breakfasts and lunches were fantastic. However service at the pool bar was very slow. They need more staff there. Those there worked very hard but need more support. "
