"The people are nice and it is 4* not pretending to be a 5*. Negatives The hotel interior is showing its age and the bed was not very good. The bath tub shower was showing its age. "The breakfast buffet was great, and the rooms themselves werent bad at all. The staff however, extremely incompetent, very slow to do things and very unwilling to help out. We'd sent an email detailing our arrival time and requesting an early check in, to which theyd agreed 2 months in advance. "Lovely hotel, looks like the photographs. Food was brilliant, I usually dislike buffets however the food was very tasty with variety. Majority of the staff were lovely, however some were very rude. "I had my worst stay in a hotel at this place. Stuff was so rude ! Food was so disappointing and the room smelled like mould ! The bed was so uncomfortable and had very bad smell and spots. The bathroom was leaking !!!!!!! The cleaning lady entered the room While we were still in bed naked !!! She did not even knock the door. Parking was so limited and there was a big bazaar under the room and a hair dresser late !!! "
