The room was lovely and clean, the staff was wonderful, but the property was boring. Being named Margaritaville, you would think it would be very active and fun. Not in our opinion. We were there for a girl's trip, unfortunately it was not what we were hoping. If you want a nice quiet casino, then this is gor you.

Forget the slots...don't pay and employees could care less if your taken care of or not. Older machines are pathetic--lights on machines half not working . Had one machine take my money and no credits at all. Played in different areas and never anyone offering drinks nor a self serve drink area for slot players. The hotel room was clean (door squeaks like crazy --one shot of WD-40 would have solved that...but no one cares. No bathtub, just shower, ok with me but not my wife. My wife said we will not go back.

Didn’t clean the room before I came. No towels or wash rags and poop was on the toilet seat. Oh and heat didn’t work.. called about the heat and toilet and front dest response was um ok and only sent someone for the heat issue.. my bf end up buying cleaner and I cleaned the toilet myself smh
