"This hotel is absolutely beautiful. Getting to the lobby was slightly tricky but had we not been jetlagged, I probably would have seen the sign that said "get on the elevator and go to the 20th floor". The breakfast buffet was very good with a number of options. We chose not to do the buffet every day due to wanting to explore other options but we did eat there 3 out of the 6 mornings. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Overall everything was great and would stay here again. We had a few of the city and off the the side a view of Mt. Fuji! "

"Very near 5mins walk to Yokohama station metro exit and from there u can travel to many places via JR or local train. Also very walkable to many major shopping malls. Breakfast spread was decent and coffee was amongst the best as compared to other hotels we stayed in during this trip "

"This hotel is amazing. We have 3 people staying and all the staff are very friendly. Transportation is not an issue at all. The hotel provides free shuttle service (scheduled) in between odawara station and also free pick up/ drop off service (no reservation needed) to Gora station. The private onsen is awesome, just a little disappointment is we are facing the river which they are having big construction during the day time. You will hear the noise if you are in your room during day time."
