"My Name is Jay and I'm Profoundly Deaf , I stayed over night on the 16th of June 2025: Eve , Micheal and all the staff I come in contact with were/are fantastic, friendly, helpful , kind and very accommodating. Being a Profoundly Deaf person , all the staff tried their 100% to communicate with me. I recommend The Grand Hotel Esk to anyone needing a wonderful place to stay , have a fantastic meal and injoy a family friendly atmosphere. Thank-you very much for a 5 star experience . "Stayed on a sunday as we were attending a wedding at the next door property. Tranquil park was a great option. The rooms were large and the view amazing. Pay the extra for the mountain view! Staff were warm and welcoming and assisted with getting us to the venue next door so we didn't have to walk on the road. Definitely recommend. "
