"I cannot stress how much I recommend this hotel enough; the entire experience was absolutely incredible. The owner, Kosuke, was so cool, accommodating, and sweet. Before we arrived, he called me on the phone to try and get my estimated time of arrival so he could pick us up from the train station. He did us the favor of stopping at a convenience store so that we could get everything we needed before going to the hotel itself. "露天風呂付きの部屋に泊まりました。部屋は広くて綺麗で大満足です。ただ、料理のレベルは高くないと感じました。夜の会席と朝食と2食頂きましたが、どちらもイマイチでした。そして1番良いお部屋に泊まったのですが、食事会場で下座に誘導されたのは疑問でした。それなりのサービスを受けたかったと言うのが正直なところです。"

"Great hotel to stay at in Toba. Location is close to the train station as well as other activities including the Mikimoto Pearl Island and the Toba Aquarium. Staff was very helpful, friendly and professional. There was a variety of food at the buffets and delicious. I would recommend this hotel to others. "

"Great dinner and breakfast. Enomous amount of food, including steak, lobster, fish, pork, rice, soup, dessert. Roof top onsen has a great view. The hotel is also walk distance to a famous sunset viewing spot. The room is a little bit old but clean and nice."

"The location is excellent, right on the beach. The rooms are large and clean, very good condition and with a private bath. We also had a nice balcony to enjoy the wonderful sunset. The roof top baths are also very nice with a great view to the beach and surrounding area. We would have preferred the water temperature to be a bit hotter. The service is excellent and English was not a problem. The food was pretty good and overall a very relaxing stay and a very good value."

"チワワ二人をつれていきました。チェックインまでプールと1階のドックランでひとしきり遊べて満足しました。お部屋でも、放し飼いを気にせずずっと一緒にいられるので、楽しかったです。自分たちの上の部屋が子供達がいるとの事で、バタバタしてワンちゃん達が眠れないようでした。でも、ご飯も美味しく、お風呂も温泉ではありませんでしたが、風呂からの景色が良かったので、とても気に入りました。スタッフの方も優しくて良かったです。ありがとうございました。"

"とってもよかった！お風呂が別館なのだけがちょっとめんどくさいですが、洋館ホテルなのに旅館も利用できると思うと一石二鳥感はあります☻ ほんとーうにとってもよかったのでまた行きたいです。スイートルームは二つ洗面台があってとってもよかったし、マウンテンビューとはいえど、ホテルのあちらこちらから海が見えるので問題なかったです。夕飯はシーホースでフレンチをいただきましたが、特別な思い出になりました☻食事はどれもおいしすぎたし、花火を特等席で見られて嬉しかったです。フロント、レストランどこのスタッフさんも優しくてホスピタリティの塊でした。素敵なホテルと出会えて嬉しいです。"
