"회사 워크샵으로 직원들과 함께 이용했습니다. 후기에 청소문제가 많아서 걱정을 했는데, 전체적으로 괜찮았습니다. 사진상 룸마다 문이 없는것처럼 보여서 걱정했는데 문도 다 닫을 수 있어서 좋았습니다. 위치도 도보로 편의점 및 지하철역 까지 걸어가는데 전혀 문제가 없었습니다. 단, 후기처럼 룸 접근방식 및 룸 도어락 열쇄함 오픈방법이 조금 낮설어서 불편했습니다. 이점 빼고는 전반적으로 괜찮았습니다."

"Great if u want more space. Max 4 adults. Comfortable beds, good heat, wifi, water pressure, relatively quiet. Fridge and kitchen a plus. Canalside and cinvenience store very close. Only minuses are 15 minute walk to nakasu subway stop which is tough with bigger luggage. Beware check in ends at 11pm was not noted and we lost a night’s stay. Support staff on the “help” calls do not pick up—ever. We tried many times to speak to someone to no Avail. Useless."

"部屋が1階のエントランス側で出入りが激しく、皆エントランスを開けるのに戸惑ったり、スムーズに開かない為ガチャガチャと荒々しく開けようとする音がうるさく、何度か私自ら開けに行きました。 部屋は昭和初期って感じですね、サイトで見た写真と違って薄暗く、壁には結構傷があり、ちょっと後ずさりしてしまいました。 上の階の足音もかなり響きます。 夜8時から夜中1時過ぎまで、何をしているのか、ずっと部屋を行ったり来たりする足音。耳栓も役にたちませんでした。 クローゼットに入ってた掛け布団、1番下に置いてあったものは黄色くなっていて、使うのを断念。 ゴミを分別しなきゃいけない事が書いて有りましたが、分別専用の袋は見つからず、、、お掃除の方に聞いたら、そのまま部屋に置いておけばいいとの事。それならばゴミ分別のメッセージ削除して欲しいです。 終いにはお風呂にゴキブリ。 ひとつだけ良かった事は、オーガニックや無添加の製品を使っている事です。"

"The property is great for families, with ample space. It's only a few minutes walk to local bus to get to Hakata Station which is about 10 minutes away. There is no manned checkin, just a do it yourself process which was ok. No one to help order taxis or assist with issues with room such as no knives or cooking items like a saucepan. Overall we were happy with it, is better than staying in a small hotel room."

There is no parking on site, but there are many parking options very close to the combinations we were in for the sumo tournament and it was a perfect location Especially for the Waterfront area. "Hotel Oriental Express Fukuoka Tenjin is a 3-minute walk from Tenjin Station, so the location is really convenient and good. The staff is also very friendly, and since there are many Korean guests, there are staff who can speak Korean. The room size is small, but clean, and there is enough space to fully open the suitcase. "Love love love Tokyo stay and this one doesn’t disappoint. People complain about it being a short walk from the train station but seriously it’s still close. Just past a park and lots of combini near by. The rooms is so comfortable. You can get out of bed on either side. Of course the laundry machine is the highlight. They provide detergent and all instructions. They offer bag storage and overall it’s very easy and comfortable to stay there. I’d highly recommend it over something like an APA....
