"The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast in the morning is great. However the lady at the front desk sucked her teeth at my kids because they stepped too close to the front door and it opened. Besides that the other staff was friendly. They were there for a whole minute at most. The pool temp wasn't warm enough and the pool room was cold compared to other hotels I've utilized. "The room was very clean and comfortable. However at check in the computer was down and I was unable to obtain a key. By the time I returned to the hotel the key was still available. Also I was charged and incidental fee tht no one else in the group was charged. I asked for an explanation of it and the attendant could not give me one. The hotel itself was very comfortable."
