"This hotel is amazing, absolutely enjoyed my stay here. The room, sheets and blankets were clean. Every room has an ocean view and private balcony. The staff were very sweet and really friendly. Free covered parking, they even leave you a broom and dustpan just in case you want to sweep up and excess sand you bring in. The breakfast wasn't too good, but there's so many dining options around so that wasn't a big deal for us. 10/10 would definitely recommend. I will definitely be staying here for any future stays in Panama City. "

"Check in was very iffy. They kept telling us our room wasn’t ready, yet every person who came to check in did so immediately. We waited over two hours. I do understand check in is at 4, however why was everyone else’s rooms ready but not ours. Desk clerk rolled her eyes as if we were a bother when we asked when ours would be ready. All other staff was very nice and friendly. "
