"When I made the reservation, it did not tell me the Hotel was being remodeled From a quality Inn to a Baymont. There was no elevator and no mention of that on the reservation. It was a non-smoking facility but there was a smoke smell on the second floor from one of the rooms. The breakfast Area was being redone so Fortunately, the meeting room upstairs had a continental breakfast available. It was nice that it was pet friendly. I did review my bill and was charged $80 on Wednesday and Thursday,...

!!! We loved the little dog Tripp, and the staff was amazing, especially front desk clerk Kim. She was front desk on Thursday July 4, and Saturday July 5. She was so helpful with our questions and went above and beyond on hospitality! We will definitely tell others to stay at Hotel Indigo Columbus. Our only disappointment was that there isn't complimentary breakfast."
