The hotel its self wasnt too bad.....what made me mad was the 4:30 am phone call from the front desk asking if we had small children in our room. We did not. It was the room next to ours. Seriously, if someone complained about the kids being noisy (they were not being THAT noisy btw or we would have heard them through the wall) then someone should have come up stairs and listened to make sure they had the right room. We had gotten in really late and then were unable to fall back into a restful sleep.
