"Very comfortable with friendly staff. We liked the close proximity to the mall and Tidal Bore Park, easy walking distance of 30 minutes or less. Stairwell door to lobby needs signage reminding to guests to open it slowly. My husband was almost knocked over by someone barging through. Area behind the hotel looks quite untidy - old mattress and other garbage left behind creates an unsightly appearance. Wonder if the are any plans for this area? "
