We came at 6:15 pm when confirmation letter said check-in is till 7 PM. NOBODY was there, reception locked with a sign OPEN. Tried to find anybody, no luck. Booked another hotel and went there. Need our money back. El Mul must let people know that they are a kibutz, not a hotel. That makes a slight difference. Other kibutzim are stating that in their title.

地址很難找到，我們在附近繞了一小時、有跟人問路，從黃昏到晚上終於入住。 名稱是飯店，與現場不符，離想像的「飯店」很遙遠，房間很小，行李放不下，我們都沒在這裡洗澡。因為浴室簡陋。 但是，我們很享受次日的免費早餐，終於覺得物超所值。

Good value for money Close to Zemach junction (by car) The room and facilities were generally ok. The room was cold and air conditioning was very noisy. There were extra pillows and blanket. The walls are thin and you can hear people outside and next door noises Didn't have a chance to use the pool or eat the breakfast
