The staff was excellent! They were super helpful and gave us a little tour and history of the place. Everything about CoolRooms Palacio Villapanés 5 GL was beautiful. The courtyard, the building and the roof top views! We would love to stay there again and totally recommend it!

Our room was amazing, breakfast is a good value even though it is expensive, 30E each person. Location is not bad, Sevilla consists of many narrow streets which lends itself to getting lost which is part of the fun. My only negative is we felt the staff was a little aloof, our friends who we were traveling with were not treated properly. I still recommend this hotel.

Beautiful hotel! The facilities were great, small touches are wonderful. One complaint was that the breakfast was pricy, and we had to ask for coffee several times (it was finally served at the end of the meal)
