I have had an amzing experience at Gracery. It was great all around for a fair price in a very good location with easy access to everything. Walkable distance to main attractions. Staff very helpful. There’s is a 24hours G25 and a Holly cafe just at the entrance which is really great. Namdaemun markets are just around the corner Only setbacks is there is no airport shuttle that’s stop at hotel lobby/near areas.

TAKASHI

The bathroom had a musty smell, which made showering unpleasant. Other than that, everything was wonderful. The front desk staff’s Japanese was perfect, so communication was not an issue. There is a Starbucks and a small convenience store on the first floor, making shopping convenient. It is about a 10-minute walk to Myeong-dong.

I saw hairs some place toilet, bathroom and bed. When I try to use humidity controller, dust spreads everywhere. I thought no clean after used by someone long time ago. I disappointed this hotel.

The best hotel I stayed at during our trip to South Korea. Spacious enough to open two large suitcases. The bathroom was clean and shower area had options for rain shower or regular shower head. Bedding was confortable. Room cleaning staff were great and made sure we got clean towels and water for days we didnt need our room cleaned. Super convenient location in Haeundae and steps away from the train station. Loved the smart TV. The elevator situation was not as bad as others mentioned. There were separate elevators that went up to the higher floors.
