"Staff was helpful but a little light on English. Good breakfast buffet, not a monster buffet, but at least one of each good for usually done well. Management of held luggage a little casual."

"I decided to stop in Sendai for the night during a trip from Hokkaido to Tokyo. This hotel was a good stop. It is surrounded by shops and a close walk to the train station. This capsule hotel was also very busy as I assume a lot of people use it as a rest stop during business or travel as well. So do expect foot traffic going in and out of the rooms in the early morning and late night if you’re a light sleeper."

"10 mins walk from east exit of sendai station. Onsen is simple, bf is good with excellent variety of either japanese or western, and must be booked on check in. Bed and room quite comfortable"

"Extremely good value hotel in Sendai only 10 minutes from the station through Central exit across the walkway and down the lift to street level and round the corner. Used laundry ( detergent supplied), staff good as I had to change my room on arrival as the water in the toilet cistern kept running so I knew I had to change rooms which the man at reception did with no problem. Value wise excellent as fairly modern, clean etc and half the price of similar standard hotels in Japan in my 4 weeks...
