"We arrived after 9pm and we were the only ones checking in. But the staff came right away and checked us in. I thought it was weird he wasn’t there at first… but I later noticed that he made regular patrols around the building and within the parking lot because he said in recent years there’s been more homeless people on the streets nearby. I was impressed with how he worked diligently to make sure our cars were not broken into etc. My auntie forgot her toothbrush and we asked for a spare and received it right away at the front desk. The rooms are neat and look more spacious in person. Loved the breakfast and appreciated the staff named Brandi’s attention to detail of refilling the foods right away and keeping the area clean! Shout out to her and the man who worked front desk on June 25, 2025! Thanks for good customer service!! "
