Unfortunately, the 4th floor hallway and my room had a foul odor. The staff couldnt move me to another room because they were booked up. The staff felt powerless in what they coukd do. I'm expecting a refund because it was already too late to find another place and we couldnt sleep the night.

We checked in and the staff was fine. But the toilet was NOT working. I waited on hold for ten minutes to get a plunger. We were unable to use the bathroom the entire stay. When we checked out the manager said, what, “No one is supposed to be in that room because the bathroom is broken. “ Seriously. They knew it wasn’t ready but put us in the room. The description posted a kitchen. No cups, utensils etc but you could BUY a skillet in the front office. Do not recommend. No offer to partial refund. Just sorry.

I liked everything. Except being there for 6 nights i needed the key cards to be rekeyed. Good heat and a.c system. Good fridge and coffee maker. Very comfy bed. Lots of hot water. Convenient sink and shower arrangement. Television with good stations.
