No air con in July made my stay difficult. Located on a river bank, if you opened windows you were attacked by mosquitos. Room spotless clean and comfy bed. Bathroom excellent. Part time reception cover but helpful staff

The floors did not feel clean and there was small black dirt on the bedsheets, possibly from bed bugs. My son got many bites that night but not sure from what. Rooms were decent sized and enough beds to accommodate family of 5 within 2 shared rooms.

The only negative was that we had a room with an ajoining door to the next room, and we heard talking and tv and other noises through the door which was not very pleasant.

Keine Klimaanlage bei 30Grad keine Gute Wahl, und Fester öffnen direkt am Fluss Mücken Invasion, Duschen nur sehr warmes Wasser und davon nur minimal, Duschen Abkühlung nicht unmöglich .( Tipp ca 11km vom Hotel zum, See fahren Beenfeld) Abkühlung und Duschen mit Wasser. / Frühstück na ja. Personal super freundlich und alles sehr sauber.----mit Klima und vernünftiges kaltes Wasser aus der Dusche schönes Hotel / meine Tochter (10 J ) war nicht duschen weil das Wasser zu heiß aus der Leitung kam. Ich Handwerker habe nach 30 Minuten aufgegeben Kaltes Wasser zu bekommen beim Duschen- Abkühlung im 11km entfernten Baggersee Top und alles Kostenlos. WLAN muss man suchen.

Chambre en bon état, propre et confortable. Bien pour passer la nuit. A 30-45 min des centres d'intérêt de la region. Restaurant en face (pour manger ou croiser le personnel). Pour ceux dont c'est un critère: le nombre de places de parking peut être insuffisant.

Rien à redire sur état de propreté de la chambre et les équipements mis à disposition. Localisation de l’hôtel parfaite pour se rendre à Strasbourg pour le marché de Noël. Cependant au moment du check-out, la réceptionniste qui nous met la pression a 10h55 pour venir régler la chambre alors que sur le site expédia le Check out est noté 11h30. Elle insiste sur le fait que c’est 11h, j’insiste en lui disant que sur Expédia il est noté 11h30 donc normal que nous quittons la chambre pour 11h30. Bref je trouve cela culotté de nous reprocher ce « retard » alors qu’au Check-in il n’y avait personne à la réception pour nous informer, auquel cas nous aurons quitté la chambre a 11h comme indiqué.
