Found the room to be great, the facilities convenient and the location easy walking distance to Bukit Bintang / Chankat / Pavillion / Time Square and the air conditioned foot bridges that take you to KLCC. "We stayed in a 1 bedroom. The apartment was huge. The bed was comfortable. Things seemed a bit worn, but not too bad. Very walkable to shopping and a massive food street. The main negative was that the AC turns off when you leave the room and it takes awhile to cool off once you return. "

"Price & Location is good. However, the cleanliness really need some improvement. There are several management agent to look after this service apartment, some are pretty good as we can see from our friends’ room in different levels. Ours one is not so good unfortunately. "

"Great location, very convenient, close to subway. Like the skydeck on the top floor of the building, but the swimming pool was closed for a few days due to the new year celebration. The renovation of the hotel is grand but lack of some details: i.e. hard to find electric outlet for hairdryer and shower door could not close properly. All other things about the hotel are good."

"This hotel is out of ordinary in every aspect. At the heart of city centre and five minutes walk to iconic twin towers. Hotel is super clean and very comfortable. Staff are very courteous. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay."

"The service is a bit slow. We had to bring our luggage on our own. The washing machine was not working so went to a laundromat close by. They request cash for deposit and taxes which I found odd since most places do credit card these days"

"Property was located in walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Didn't like the fact we specifically chose a suite with both washer and dryer and the dryer option was not enabled especially when you spend 3 weeks.. "All staff were very warm and welcoming. Very accommodating, I requested for a baby cot and though they mentioned it’s subject to availability they sent one right up almost immediately. The chefs and restaurant staff were very kind and friendly. They cooked plain porridge and eggs for my baby and even mentioned that they can puree it if needed. The room was very comfortable and clean. Check in and check out was very smooth. Overall, an unforgettable experience and we’ll definitely come and stay with Hotel Indigo Kuala Lumpur during our next visit."
