Room was great for price, not a good view but I want in it much anyways. Walking distance (10mins) to KLCC and Pavilion. Not much else in the area. Free Laundry Room came in handy. View from.pool was incredible

I appreciate the friendliness and politeness of the staff and security.I was able to do laundry a few times which is included with the stay, and was a big help. It was a very good property.. Didnt realize it was service apartment. It would have been great if they had included some basics like Toiletries as in Hotel like Body lotion, Paste, Conditioner etc.. Kitchen to include basic spices like Salt and Pepper. Overall it was good experience for family with great view s of the skyline.

The apartment was designed beautifully. Everything worked. Black out shades in the bedroom, Excellent bathroom. Sun never directly shines in the windows because of the way the building is designed. Staff communicated proactively on whatsapp and were very helpful. Only negatives would be that leaving this large building from the 16th floor is somewhat of an event. Also convenience stores, coffee are at least a 300 meter walk from the property.
