My room and the common areas were clean, but the elevators could use some cleaning. The breakfast buffet provides a good selection. The property is within walking distance of the Hamburg Hbf and a U-Bahn station, making driving unnecessary."

The communication, via email and text messages, before arrival with the property manager was very good and the pre-arrival were instructions very clear (albeit some communication was in German).
