We liked that we were checked in promptly and the room was clean. Had trouble with our cards not working, but they gave us new ones. The shower did not work well, it was low water pressure and was too hot or too cold, no in between. The cleaning service people were nice and helpful.

This place should rebrand to: smelly, sketchy, and NOT AT ALL like the photo advertised. Plus, the woman at the front desk put me in a different room because “someone else is in your room.”

I called front desk for hours about no hot water and nobody answered the phone. I took a freezing cold shower and I’m unhappy about it.

Tried several times to reach the hotel to arrange airport transportation. No answer. Finally got through at 130 am and had to wait an hour for the shuttle. I understand that shuttles run on a schedule, but that schedule needs to be published so people can plan accordingly. Staff was friendly once we got there, but getting customer service over the phone was impossible.

mini fridge, coffee maker but no stove, tv, nice bedroom, and even thou got early to check in the front desk lady was not present so had to wait from 9pm to 11:30pm almos 12 am next day and she did not gave us a credit for that night lost. where she was do not know, but I guess she needs help on giving services maybe an additional employee.
