This is a review on the hotel customer service. We booked this hotel through Expedia same day we were staying. Had a medical emergency and couldn’t stay. Called customer service and they said we could cancel but to have Expedia call them to confirm. Expedia called and confirmed and hotel customer service declined. Very quick shuttle ride from the airport. Very nice and professional staff at the front desk. Check in was super quick. Only thing I would suggest is to get a box fan from the front desk, to run in your room. You can hear the city buzzing all night!
