"Staff were really nice and accommodating. We came at 2pm and allowed us to check-in early. Very clean and well-stocked with supplies. Kids wanted to use the hot tub outside but had a hard time figuring out on how to open it. Shoutout out to Cherry (?) who went above and beyond by coming over even if it was already 8pm to help us set it up. My kids had a great time because of your extra effort. Would love to stay here again. "

"Was disappointed when we were told when we booked that the pool would be open. Was the main reason we booked this place because our kids wanted to swim. As soon as we got there we found out from the condo office that it was closed due to harmful minerals in pool water. We messaged that back to the person we booked from and they never messaged us back again during our stay. There is also no air conditioner or any fans in condo. "I was super happy with my stay at this property. It was right on the prom with an ocean view. There was a cute little fireplace by the window to keep you warm while you looked at the ocean. Breakfast in the morning was really good and very well up-kept. Staff was polite and accommodating. "

"I love everything about this place except the hot water doesn't last long enough for one person to shower. It's especially hard to fill up the jetted tub in the special room when you have to wait for the water to heat up over and over again. I couldn't finish rinsing my shampoo out before the water got cold and then my husband has to wait a good half hour before he can take his."

"Weekend trip to Seaside and stayed here. Highly recommend it. The oceanfront room with balcony and electric fireplace was perfect for this time of year. It’s right on the Promenade so easy walk to restaurants and shops. Have a nice continental breakfast. Front desk help and cleaning crew all very pleasant. There’s on sight parking and an elevator to bring your things upstairs which was so nice!"

"Everything was great. The staff was very friendly. I felt comfortable. The room was beautiful, with two bathrooms, which was very convenient for our family. A thoughtful touch was the message we received after check-out, informing us that we could leave the car parked until 3 PM and still use the hotel's amenities. This gave us a chance to relax and have a snack before heading home, which was especially appreciated given the chilly weather outside. I'm not sure if it's the hotel's issue, but when someone in the neighboring room turned on the shower, it was very loud for the person in our room who was sleeping against that wall. They said it felt like the shower was turned on right above them."
