"This property is absolutely stunning! I had no issues with my stay at this property. The staff were very friendly and helpful when needed. The room made me feel comfortable and like I was at my own home. The property left an everlasting impression for this being my first time visiting London. Definitely recommended for travelers visiting London! Also, I must add during my stay there were in the process of adding a bar area at the location. Great job, Bermonds Locke and staff! "

"Wow what can i say before i boooed this propery i contacted them they told me lies i wanted balcony with the river veiw but in person they daid its a totally different building i went there to propse to my wife the heaters snd underfloor heating was not working the matinence persoj come many times and the lady at reecption said this same thing hapoend with the heating last week paying so much for a hotel ruined my whole experience and they not even sorry for it very bad service and fake pictures...

"Room was ok given the location and price. Superficially it looked nice not on closer inspection- stains down front of kitchen cabinets and table, bathroom flooded and sealant dirty/ missing/ sockets need replacing and sealing in properly - the usual signs of a room that’s been made over but not really fixed. Mattress needs replacement. So it’s ok and it worked and it was pretty cheap but I wouldn’t go back"

"Great apartment!!!! really clean and a good size two big double bedrooms nice kitchen with everything you could need. We had car but great bus and train links right outside and uber only £9 into central London we stayed for two nights for our visit to 58th street jazz club we had a great time highly recommend both apartment and jazz club."

"Lovely clean room, and easily accessible from the lift. Very quiet in the room compared to other airport hotels . Reception staff friendly and explained everything very clearly. Would have like tea/coffee/ drinks area on each floor, as someone with mobility issues having to go to a different floor from my room to get refreshment was quite difficult and off putting"

Great One-night stay

"We stayed one night on a Saturday. We arrived late and were worried about the late checkout. Luckily, there was still someone at the desk and we had done the pre-check-in. The room was very clean and comfortable. We were travelling as a family of 4. Important to note that the bathroom doesn’t have a flexible shower hose but a fixed one. Not practical at all when trying to wash small kids."
