"I love that this property is short walking distance (1/2 mile) from Amtrak and if you need to rent a car that Hertz is across the street. Five Guys restaurant is down the road and San Jose International airport is 10 minutes away by car. Property is basic no frills but I was able to access my room right away. I did not have to wait after traveling all night."

"We loved everything about the room, area, and property. They have a beautiful outdoor smoking area, with pretty plants and a fountain. (I don’t smoke, but my friend does). Our only complaint is they don’t have air conditioning. I know people tend to think you don’t need it when you’re by the beach, but the room was very warm and stuffy in the afternoon, and through the night. That might not bother most people, but it’s a big deal to me. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay. "

"The staff was fairly friendly. I thought the room was very clean. The accomodations seemed basic but adequate. The bed was firm but I found it very comfortable. I think the location was good. Some driving may be necessary to find the restaurant that you'd like. There was some noise outside but inside the room I didn't notice anything. The landscaping needs improvement. A person needs to be very careful entering the street because there is some traffic."
