Dining options in the Scott were somewhat limited though, and when dining in the "Scholar", staff there seemed to struggle to do their jobs (didn't write down orders & so kept forgetting what people had asked for, got things wrong, seated a poor woman after the kitchen had closed and didn't know what food on the menu was) so I got a takeaway the next...

"This property was unique in that it is a castle outside of the city. It was an adventure to stay in an actual castle that once belonged to the Ramsay’s - our ancestors.
