"We had a wonderful stay and the every staff member couldn’t have been more helpful. One of our party had limited mobility and we had assistance with our luggage without having to ask. Skye at reception was exceptional, meeting all our extra requests graciously and quickly. The apartment was spacious and well set out with plenty of kitchenware for three of us. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms had plenty of storage. Good location for the Light Rail and Town Hall station."

"We tried to check in at 2:40pm without realising the check-in time was 3pm. We were told to come back so we did, but it still wasn’t quite ready at 3:20pm. We did manage to get in soon after, but for a 10am check-out I would have expected a 2pm check-in. The girl serving us was very unfriendly compared with her colleagues, despite us not showing any disappointment in our room not being ready. These were our only real issues. "Always a great stay at the Meriton, unfortunately this time arrived at 5pm and room wasn’t ready. Also, not their fault, but lots of major road works going on presently, so quite noisy early morning. Will always stay again"
