"Great location in a historical building. Walkable to grocery and the lake/river tourist area. The building common area is a bit dated but look interesting if you like historical building. The apartment is spacious and modern. Big fully equipped kitchen, full size fridge. Nice Tereace. The bedroom with a bathroom are on the ground floor. there is an AC in the bedroom but not cool enough, only works like a fan. The AC upstairs is better but not enough to cover the living/dining/extra bed area....

"Lumen apartments are great. Very nice parking, bed, shower, kitchen. The only complaint was a drainage smell that was coming out of the kitchen sink. We couldn’t figure it out while we were there but I need to mention that management responded really quick to all my emails or phone calls and offered to send someone to check the smell but we were out all day and only come to the apartment to sleep so we were able to tolerate the smell for a little bit. "

"Great kitchen with everything you need. Coop Supermarket was conveniently located next door. Had a river view, but was next to the train track and busy road. The surrounding area was up-and-coming, and not as clean as other areas in Luzern. Easy and quick to get to the city center. The bus stop was right in front of the apartment. "

"The studio flat is exactly as shown in the photos. However, if you travel during summer, consider that it gets quite warm as there is only one window and air does not circulate a lot. The room was not ready by check-in time. Also, although they said the cleaning service was every 3 days, this only happened once and skipped the 2nd cleaning day. "The hotel provided great service, the beds were very comfortable and the breakfast was good. We were out all day but would probably have liked to have a lounge to sit in altogether in the hotel in the evening. The restaurant connected to the reception was closed. It was a good area linked by a short walk to the centre and the old town with a main bus route to the station and also to the Pilatus cable car at Kriens less than 5 minutes walk from the front door.
