This is a class act property! We stayed two nights here and it was a great experience. The staff handled everything professionally. Our room was beautiful, had a beautiful view of the lake. Room Cleaning never showed up, no refills on coffee. Offered free breakfast then charged for it … no valet and no staff after 11 pm with screaming children running through the hallways. Not at mandarin level. Bummer as we were really looking forward to this stay.

Our stay was awesome! This is a BEAUTIFUL hotel, very convent location (train & boat station, along with shopping and many restaurants are all walkable - within a mile) the staff was incredible and it exceeded all the little details. Rooms are top notch and they spared no expense on amenities.

The service deserves a 10 star rating! Every single one of them went out of their way for anything we asked about! We were traveling with small children and the attention to them was extraordinary.
