"Hotel Kalos has misrepresented itself on the hotels.com platform. They have photos of Hotel Nike, their sister hotel, listed as the ones for hotel Kalos. When we were led to our room it was a disgusting, run down, falling apart hotel. We were afraid to stay there and left immediately. Now we are trying to get our money back. Do not stay here. "

"I was there October 20 to the 23. It’s worth the nightly rate. The town of Naxos is just down the street. Interesting for a one day visit. I experienced far better beaches. The staff are very friendly and of assistance. The pictures of the vistas from the hotel are not accurate. You can’t see much from the hotel. On balance if you are visiting Naxos, it’s worth the rate."

"Hotel was much better than expected. We had a corner suite with a patio and a small balcony. View was spectacular! Bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was good and fixed price dinner for 20 euros was a bargain and quite good. Only complaint, the safe in the room was on the floor of closet. You had to go on your stomach to read the numbers and no instructions how to use it."

"The host was very friendly, easy communication in English. Helpful in suggesting local transportation options, activities. Excellent breakfast every morning was a great start to our day. Outside area provided opportunity to dry our towels and extended the area for it not being just a room. The best was the common area ( patio with sliding doors and cool seating) with a full size fridge available to use. We were told the house was 120 years old - it has such a unique feel, everything spotless...

"Atrocious customer service. We booked through Expedia and we were not let in. We’ve had no issues like this on other reservations. I called the owner and he laughed at me and hung up. We were stranded for both nights. If you don’t come at exactly the time he wants you to be there, you will not ever be let in. This was so unsafe. This place takes money and takes advantage of travelers. Much better places to stay in this area. "

"Hotel Palladio was an unexpected joy! The staff were remarkable in their willingness to help whether suggesting local restaurants or where I could get a mani-pedi. The restaurant at the hotel was wonderful and the outside terrace where breakfast (best we had on our 3 week Italian adventure) and dinner were served overlooked the Ionian Sea. "Belduomo was a great place to stay in Taormina. It is situated centrally just off of the main street and most sites, shopping and restaurants were within walking distance. The room itself was modern, clean, quiet, a good size and the bed was very comfortable. We were greeted by Rosanna when we arrived and she gave us lots of great suggestions for our stay. Our whole visit to the beautiful town of Taormina was enhanced by our room in Belduomo. Highly recommended. "

"Villa Paradiso was even better than I had hoped. The view was spectacular and located close to everywhere we wanted to go. More importantly, the hotel was very clean, staff was wonderful and the breakfast every morning was beyond compare. We also enjoyed cocktails and snacks every night at the rooftop bar Settimo Cielo. When visiting Taormina again, we will only stay at Villa Paradiso!"

Stunning View

"We stayed in an apartment that I think isn't apart of the main hotel. It is off-season so the main hotel was closed. The view is incredible and makes you feel like you never want to leave. It felt like staying at an apartment more than a hotel since there isn't concierge or anything like that. I would recommend for anyone to say here as you can't beat the location. "

Unforgettable Honeymoon

"The hotel was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and gave us great recommendations. It was our honeymoon and they upgraded our suite, the room was immaculate and the view was stunning. Giuseppe at the front desk was awesome. The food was delicious. The weather was rainy but we still had an amazing time. 10/10 honeymoon."

Mazzarò Sea Palace - The Leading Hotels of the World

"My wife and I just returned from a week-long stay at the Mazzaro sea Palace. We were captivated by everything about the resort, but most notably the superior quality of the staff. To begin, the hotel is in a beautiful setting on a small, peaceful cove. Our junior suite was large, well-appointed, comfortable, and spotless. The twice-daily room service ensured that it remained that way throughout our stay. We loved our private balcony where we could read, listen to music, and just absorb our beautiful, sunny, and warm environs. There were a couple of minor mechanical issues with equipment in our room, but those were fully rectified in but a few minutes. The breakfast fare was varied and nutritious. The dinner menu was first class, the food delicious, wine selection excellent. We were ably assisted in planning reasonably-priced day excursions to locations of interest outside of Taormina. By far the best part of staying at the Mazzaro Sea Palace was the superior caliber of the staff--front desk, restaurant wait staff, room keeping, pool and beach attendants, maintenance staff, concierge, and bell hops. Since we stayed a full week we were able to interact with several employees. Without a single exception, each individual employee did everything they could to ensure our comfort and best experience, doing so in an authentic and very friendly manner. If you're seeking an extraordinary five star experience in Sicilia, we highly recommend the Mazzaro Sea Palace."
