"Atrocious customer service. We booked through Expedia and we were not let in. We’ve had no issues like this on other reservations. I called the owner and he laughed at me and hung up. We were stranded for both nights. If you don’t come at exactly the time he wants you to be there, you will not ever be let in. This was so unsafe. This place takes money and takes advantage of travelers. Much better places to stay in this area. "

"What an amazing hotel. Literally can't fault this place. It's everything you can ask for when looking for somewhere to stay. Probably our favourite hotel I've stayed in. There are two free parking spaces outside the hotel but you have to be lucky to get them which fortunately we were lucky every time to get one. Rooms are spacious, lovely bathroom.
