Great location, parking was easy, they should note there’s no elevator so it was hard going up and down stairs with luggage/stroller. The apartment was excellent. Would stay again.

Good value, few issues.
Convenient location in a neighborhood that felt safe. Savannah is gorgeous! Nice property with modern design and comfortable accomodations. Great value. There were a few cleanliness issues that I didn't notice until the sun was up (e.g., hair in shower, somewhat dirty sofa cushions, a little grime on doors/walls). The property also has thin inside and outside walls, and can be very noisy. Property provided earplugs and a sound machine, which helped. Neighbors weren't great the first nigh. I could hear everything.

Poor Experience
Entry was fine. Room looked nice and appeared clean. It rained heavily the night we stayed. Water started dripping from the ceiling, landing on the artificial tree in the corner, splashing on the couch bed my girls were sleeping on. Had to move the tree and place pots in the floor to catch the water. It was also running down the wall near an outlet where a lamp was plugged in. We had to carefully unplug and move it away for fear of water and electricity mixing. We messaged Sonder through the app (they claim 24/7 support. 40 minutes passed before anyone responded. We even sent video messages of the water leaking. No offer to assist, make it right, compensate our inconvenience or anything. The water eventually stopped leaking once the rain stopped. At that point, my daughters didn’t want to sleep on the couch bed that was already uncomfortable due to the springs poking through. The noise level from outside was extremely loud and neighbors in the building were smoking pot which filled our room. This was not a good experience. We felt sure Sonder would reach out, but as of this review, they haven’t. I will update if they do.
