The hotel was in a great location. Traffic noise was loud in our 4th floor room but included noise machine really helped. Loved having a Keurig, Microwave and mini fridge in room. The pool and hot tub were small but very nice- would help if hotel labelled what floor they were on as we had to ask. Had to ask to have our room cleaned and new towels despite a 3 night stay which seemed odd. Staff at front desk were not always the friendliest. We had problems with our in room safe and it was fixed promptly. Also had problems with the roller blinds/shade (controlled by button on wall).

The pro to this property is location. You can walk everywhere, close to shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately, our room was a mess! The AC had something wrong with it and wasn’t cooling, so it had to run constantly. The noise was so loud! We had a hard time sleeping because it would have these long screeches and make terrible noises. I tried to use their hairdryer and it blew out the lights. We had to go down to the front desk. Then getting our car was a pain! The link wasn’t working to pay, we had to get someone to resend the link. The Valet guys were great but it just seemed like one thing after another. Not what I was hoping for.

The Hotel was great overall, but I was not aware of the cost of the Valet parking nor breakfast. The view from our window was limited to the pool at the hotel. We had no view to the streets or the area surrounding the hotel. There were rooms with better view, and with balconies. I will ask more questions about the room location next time. I would recommend this Hotel and use it again myself.

This is our 3rd time staying at this hotel. We love the proximity to city market and river street. Just about everything is in walking distance which is awesome considering parking can be hard to find sometimes.

The property itself is conveniently located to River Street and surrounding areas. Which can easily be reached by walking. The rooms for the most part were clean. Some mold on the ceiling of the sitting area in the room I stayed in. The beds were completely uncomfortbable. Probably one of the most uncomfortable beds I have ever slept on. The noise was not excessive. I used a sound machine to drowned out the outside noise. The staff at check in barely acknowledged me and were never at the front desk during our stay. This is probably my worst experience at a Hilton Hotel.

It was within walking distance to everything. Staff was nice. They only cleaned our room once in the 4 nights we were there. I don’t need service everyday but we had to call to get clean towels, sometimes twice. It is not soundproof so if you are a light sleeper this may not be for you. The bed was super comfortable. A little pricey for the space.
