"Generally good building and comfortable. Studio flat design and especially shower - toilet room is not really comfortable- so small even to 1 fit person to use comfortable way . Sevurity is good but over secured . I do understand Salvador Bahia general public security consern. Communication should be international- including in english . Apartment should have full written information about all building use and rules and wifi information. Long stay should included some complementary cleaning ....

"This property is on a busy street. Make sure to request a room that does not face the street or you will be awakened at 3am with folks outside opening shops and preparing to open the street market. Front desk associates were nice and helpful (when possible). The cleanliness of this hotel was average - the sheets and bathroom were usable but not top notch."

"Excellent location, in the heart of Barra, very close to the beach. Located in a quiet street, not too much traffic noise. We stayed the week before Carnaval, and street party noise was acceptable. The building is very secure, 24hr security. Manager is very helpful. Rooms are clean, Air Conditioning is excellent. The kitchen has a fridge and microwave which are useful. "Genuinely one of the most jarring stays I’ve ever had to date. Don’t believe the pictures; the air conditioned comfort penthouse advertised does not have windows in the walls of the apartment, and was barely ‘indoors’ much less ‘air conditioned’. "The hotel is dated, in poor repair. Only one of the two elevators was working. The room had nothing in it, no cups, soap, etc. completely bare except bedding and towels. The safe was missing its door. View was of construction."

"This is the place to stay when in Salvador. The hotel has comdortable beds, excellent breakfast buffet and tasty menu for other meals. A small pool on the ground floor deck which looks out onto the street and beach (perfect for viewing Carnaval). Almost every amenity you could need is within walking distance, including a mall. A short, easy Uber ride to other attractions in Salvador. I look forward to staying here during non-Carnaval time"

"If you have lived in Brazil this place will be great. If you haven't you might want to stay away. This place has the best location right on the beach. Just beware that the street lights don't turn off at night and people are up late and then others are up really early and aren't quiet. The AC worked great once I figured out I had to turn on a little breaker first. We stayed on the top floor that they have seemed to turn the roof to into 3 rooms with make shift walls. We saw 2 cockroaches which for the location I kind of expected but that freaked my wife out. If you are fine with a hostel type room that is private then this place is for you. If you have a certain quality standard that you expect when you stay somewhere, don't stay here. Overall I enjoyed the location and didn't have a problem with the facility. "
