Charming hotel with very attentive and caring staff, located in the historic district of Salvador, Bahia. We were able to walk to do much of our sightseeing, shopping and dining. In the evening we enjoyed swimming in the rooftop pool with the magnificent view and watching the sunset.

Really good hotel with excellent building design and recent renovations. The room was very clean, spacious and comfortable. The restaurant and food are top notch. The area for improvements: most staff doesn’t speak any foreign language and aren’t at the level of a Palace. The bathroom was really simple and details could be added to improve user experience, as simple as indicating which knob is hot or cold.

Hotel muito confortável, camas excelentes, ar condicionado potente, chuveiro maravilhoso. O café da manhã é muito bom. O local é pequeno, mas as comidas são variadas e bem sortidas. A única crítica fica para o café que é servido no café da manhã: coado e muito aguado. Café expresso ou capuccino, se solicitado, é pago por fora. Para um hotel 5 estrelas, que não tem nem uma máquina de expresso no quarto, era de se esperar que fosse oferecido sem custos no café da manhã. Quero destacar o atendimento excelente da concierge Luciana que fez toda diferença na nossa estadia.
