"The Arden Hotel & Leisure Club was a nice hotel close to the airport. We were fairly comfortable in our hotel room. The staff was really nice and the food was pretty good. The reason for the downvote is the location. It’s really difficult to get anywhere to and from the hotel. It would be really nice if the hotel could offer a shuttle to Resort World or some other area that has some options in walking distance. I would definitely stay again, though."

"We had a lovely stay and staff were very helpful and kids. However the rooms needed a little bit more attention to detail. The wall near the main door was black with dirty handprints and the mattress was so thin on the sofa bed my children were in tears as they could feel the metal bars underneath. The pool and chamging rooms were lovely and clean whixh was fab. "

"This hotel was a stab in the dark as we were travelling. Best decision ever, such a lovely relaxing atmosphere. Staff were amazing, I can’t stress that enough. Room was immaculate with everything we needed. We dined the evening and had breakfast which were both outstanding. Ample parking space and nice and quiet with buildings with history. Definitely recommend, we will definately be staying again when in that area."

"Stunning views and very peaceful with ample car parking. One shared bathroom between five bedrooms did not work for me though as the previous users of the bathroom had left their pubic hair in the shower. No tea or coffee making facilities in the room and only the tiniest of mirrors.The water pressure of the shower was very poor. Pleasant friendly staff and a hearty dinner menu. "

"This property has the potential to be amazing, however, despite the staffs best efforts this was a disappointing stay. The lift in the hotel makes a horrific noise and can be heard clearly in the rooms anywhere near the lift. We were also woken up each day of our stay (between 7 and 9am) by the fire alarms. All in all, what should have been a lovely stay was quite disappointing."
