"Olá, de início quando chegamos, as diárias estavam pagas e o rapaz não tinha a certeza do valor total, pedindo 50% do valor já pago, segundo, não vi cordialidade no atendimento ao público, não só comigo, mas algumas pessoas no qual eu estava presente, houve chateação no atendimento, terceiro, eu pedi para fazer uma troca de toalhas e fizessem a gentileza de dar uma limpeza, a pessoa que fiz esse pedido, questionou o por quê? Eu respondi que as toalhas estavam difíceis de secar, por ser serra, e...

"Paid for a superior twin room for three nights. Noticed bathroom smelled like urine. Noticed mold in the bathroom ceilng. Too a shwer to go in to town and the shower water heater did not work. So we took a cold shower. Called staff and they moved us to a single twin room. The second room had water on the floor from the A/C condensate lines dripping down onto the bathroom floor. There was mold on the ceiling of that batroom too. Television satellite station did not work. Had to watch YouTube....

"Hotel ok, com funcionários cordiais. Café da manhã bem básico, mas atendeu bem. Hotel bem localizado, com inúmeros restaurantes em volta e com estacionamento coberto"
