"Never got a hold of the host. Check in instructions is to check in at one address for keys then go to the actual home. Nobody to be found ended up having to go elsewhere luckily got a reservation same day. Now awaiting for my money back ! Absolutely TERRIBLE"

"Checking-In was good. Apartment was cleaned upon arriving, however we had to wait past the 4pm check-in. The apartment needs to be renovated. Kitchen and bathrooms. The AC went off at 2am and it got insanely hot. Our family of 7 all woke up. Only bedroom AC's (3) were on. Our last day in the afternoon the AC went of while we were cooking lunch.
