It is not worth the price for what they offer. The VIP level they sell when you arrive is a raid on your pocket. They offer it and charge for it and do not provide it. You literally give away your money. You have to be alert and aware of the bill at the bar, they do not agree on prices among themselves, one tells you one price, and another gives you another. The government taxes are very high. Regarding the food, it is not varied. Every day the same. When something is finished and after a long time they show up to provide it. The staff lacks cordiality and good service. They really need training to deal with tourists.

I did not like the service in general because they are not helpful when you have a problem like something that the hotel can manage in a different way buffet services is horrible every single day we have to make a line to get in not enough silverware hot water for a tea took more then 10 minutes the waitress never stop by asking is everything is ok ?
