Sauna/massage were nice.

"Our stay at Mama Shelter Lisboa was largely positive. They warmly welcomed our French Bulldog, Finley, providing food and water bowls in the room.
The hotel's central location is excellent, just 3 minutes from Rato metro station. The rooftop area is a highlight, offering a cool, authentic atmosphere. We enjoyed the ground floor foosball table, though the rooftop one lacked a ball.

"I can't recommend this hotel enough. The breakfast is fantastic and convenient. All the staff are extremely professional and helpful. Having the indoor and outdoor pool with a steam room and sauna were fantastic after long days of walking around Lisbon. Everywhere is an easy uber ride away or a quick walk to the Parque Metro Station. If I return to Lisbon I will definitely stay here again.
***Also, if you are a cigar or cigarette smoker, they have a dedicated covered open windowed room...
