"Friendly, helpful staff. Made me feel welcome. For the price I paid, it was great. The only problems are typical of dorm style accommodations: not everyone knows how to use a quiet voice and there is the occasional person who snores. I would definitely stay there again."

"Warm welcome upon arrival. Made sure all my needs were met throughout my stay. Close to everything and felt safe walking back to hotel at night. Bus stop to go to airport just a few steps away. Will definitely go back at the end of my next pilgrimage to Santiago!"

"Muy buena ubicacion, el aptamento muy bien en espacios , tiene todo para la comodidad de hospedarse. Sin Embargo hay espacio para mejorar la limpieza , es inaceptable el moho en el baño, el lavamanos despegado ,el marco de ventanas y cristales muy sucio .eso le resta a todo lo bueno que tiene el aptamento ..Pero en general , la atencion fue buena 🌟🌟y rapida respuesta al necesitar comunicarme con alquien . "A very old stone building very nicely renovated and modernized. Our room had small windows but the stone fireplace and old sink were gorgeous; the A/C worked great. We had the hotel breakfast one morning--it was fine, reasonable cost; but there are plenty of cafés nearby as well. Alda corp evidently runs several similar hotels in Santiago. "

"Wanted to say thank you for the receptionist that was working this morning 21/09/24 . She called me a taxi and after 30 minutes with it no one showing up after she called the taxi company said they didn’t know how long would takes. So she asked a friend to take me to The train station bc I was going to miss my train to Madrid. That was such a amazing thing to do… thank you so much "
