Sin Embargo hay espacio para mejorar la limpieza , es inaceptable el moho en el baño, el lavamanos despegado ,el marco de ventanas y cristales muy sucio .eso le resta a todo lo bueno que tiene el aptamento ..Pero en general , la atencion fue buena 🌟🌟y rapida respuesta al necesitar comunicarme con alquien . "A very old stone building very nicely renovated and modernized. Our room had small windows but the stone fireplace and old sink were gorgeous; the A/C worked great. We had the hotel breakfast one morning--it was fine, reasonable cost; but there are plenty of cafés nearby as well. Alda corp evidently runs several similar hotels in Santiago. "

She called me a taxi and after 30 minutes with it no one showing up after she called the taxi company said they didn’t know how long would takes. So she asked a friend to take me to The train station bc I was going to miss my train to Madrid. That was such a amazing thing to do… thank you so much "

"Unfortunately, we didn’t check to see that the pool was available to guests without a reservation. Seems strange that they highlighted photos of the pool but you have to make a reservation and pay a fee to use the pool, for a limited time. The pool and hot tub are within the Spa. Breakfast, the lounge and bar areas are beautiful, warm and friendly. This place is not within walking distance of the town and taxi services are limited. The town is bustling with tourists and students and has a lovely...
