"The receptionist is very blend, the tv in the room is not working, for the 8 nights I was there. I had no tv at all, the shower is not so clean, the floor is very dusty, I knew how dusty it was, as my allergy were trigger by it. It is not the cheapest hotel in San Pablo but the closest to my family's houses. The only reason I stayed that long because my family lives nearby. I asked if I could change the tv, the lady with long hair said, they have no mechanic or electrician, I mean How hard to...

"Did not resemble the pictures presented on Hotels.com. Also area where hotel is located is unsafe. Lots of unsavory street life. Outside the hotel , and walking to a from nearest food area a block away was unsafe. "

"Exceptional accommodation at Dusit Thani Makati. Staff are extra courteous and hospitable. Breakfast buffet went beyond my expectations in terms of the amount of options and taste. Super appreciate Miguel at front desk who allowed me to check out late due to my delayed flight. Will be back for sure!"
